When a car owner logs in to the site, he can check out all the updates of his car that has been posted by the admin. He can also give his valuable feedback on the postings, that will also be automatically mailed to the admin. The system has resulted in huge customer satisfaction and interactivity. Moreover, now all jobs done on a particular car is always on records, along with the treatments. This helps in future servicing needs of the car.
